It has a thunderbolt 4 port out that can be connected to a thunderbolt dock, but it doesn’t come with a dock as part of the purchase price. One thing to consider though, pretty much every notable TB dock on the market isn’t bus powered and often require power bricks that are larger than the dock unit themselves! So if portability is your goal, get a USB C bus powered hub instead. You’ll give up speed, but you’ll gain flexibility.
