Can I transfer data from PC to an I Pad null

I put my data on a flash drive and use the attached connector to connect to my ipad or macbook. I got it for $5 on amazon. you can also use foogle drive, or log into your icloud drom your PC broswer and upload things into your icloud.

Yes, many types of data can be transferred to the iPad, Not sure of all the types, but I transfer docs and videos of all types.
