Pen support if you want it. Faster processing. For me it was the move from the 9.7 to 11 screen size. Not as noticeable as I would have thought, but a nice upgrade. It is not a huge upgrade unless your iPad is dated. Mine was going on 4 years old, but was still very functional. My though was if I get the same out of this new one it will be worth it. It is a nice "upgrade", but also not sure the added functionality is worth the nearly $1000 I paid. YMMV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.USB type c - is the Killer feature. Now I can use it with big monitor, TV or even with projector for my presentatuons with a perfect quality. You just need adapter hdmi to usb type c. Also sound became more deep.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Absolutely a difference. The clarity and crispness of the videos and pictures with far less glare on the screen. Audio is punched up a little for great sound watching movies. Screen real estate is better, I thought the iPad mini would be plenty enough, but found my self huddled close to the mini. With the iPad Pro I can pull back in my seat and still see everything clearly. Speed obviously is better and multitasking comes in handy. Safari pages load noticeably quicker. Personally I’m looking forward to Adobe software that will be apps on the iPad.

The size and display quality is much better, despite the ipad mini being said to have higher resolution. Runs much smoother and facial recognition is great. The camera is better as well. The ipad mini is still great though.

This is coming from someone who had the first original iPad mini and upgraded every year or so. I owned the 2016 iPad Pro and the iPad Pro 2018 blows that one out the water.
