“Does this iPad Pro have a "word" program? I like to type letters and/or documents and then print and save them in a documents folder. Also, how about a spread sheet program. Important to me.”

Download Pages and Numbers from the online App store. They are free apps and they work. Also notes, a basic word processor is standard and included.
