“I never had a MacBook before , or an iPad. Only an iPhone. As a student , can I use word and excel on this ? Do I need to purchase it or does it come with this ? Thanks !”

• Yes you can use all of those apps. My iPad Pro was the perfect replacement for my laptop. If you need to save something to a flash drive that might be a problem. Not sure but they may have an adapter to clear up that issue.

• You will have to buy those apps. Although most colleges and some high schools have programs where you get those apps for free with being a student.
