• Not this model.you need with cellular phone option, it’s 150/200 $ more ….

• Only if it is Cellular, other models are just WiFi only and will always say on the back of Ipad.

• if your cellular phone is an apple, you can add a hotspot to your plan and run your iPad through your hotspot, it works for me.
