• You’ll need to be paying for a subscription in order to use Microsoft applications on any Apple Products. I believe the basic price is $9.99/month for access to all Microsoft products.

• Mine did not. I would say no. I had to purchase office on my own. The yearly subscription that is. I have not seen a free MS Office yearly subscription with the purchase of an iPad. It would be a nice promotion indeed.
