• No. Nano glass is to experience the not-to-experience the glares and reflection. If you apply protector screen then it will eliminate the whole purpose of nano-glass

• No, one of the features of the nano screen is the anti glare on the screen. If you add a screen protector, you will have a glare from the protector. So if you want the protection of a screen protector/saver, I would recommend getting the standard glass iPad.
