• I have the same problem. I asked the salesman if i could exchange the plain keyboard for a numeric and pay the difference, (brand new still in the box and unused.) The answer was NO. This is not right that we can't upgrade like this, but this is the way things are set up anymore! I feel that it is just another way to get into our pocketbooks a little deeper!!!! I guess I will have to buy some other brand of Numeric keyboard, as the MAC is quite pricey.
