Can this be preordered? It's always out of stock- null

I encountered the same situation, I saved so when it was available Best Buy’s sent an email advising me when was available. Another option it’s to go to the Apple web site, it cost the same, when you have 12 months to pay it instead of of 18 months with BB. With Apple you can also custom order like get it with an I9 and more memory.
