When you say, "they", if you mean the store, you'd have to see what GeekSquad would charge, if anything, to do that. It's not difficult to do yourself. If your old one uses iOS ver. 14 or later, it's very simple. You just set the two devices near each other, and it will transfer. If it's an older one, you'll have to use iTunes, and a PC/Mac. You basically back up the old one, and then it will load everything (almost) onto the new one. Some photos and videos MAY have to be copied manually, according to a video I watched on YouTube, but it appears that all of mine were transferred automatically with the restoration from the backup.
