“I am not a US citizen, will be travelling to US from U.K. shortly. If I buy iPad Pro on line in US, how will I get refund of VAT. Will it be refunded at airport at the time of departure or will be adjusted in purchase invoice. Please someone reply.”

I know that in the past when purchasîng goods eg Macy's we go to their customer services and you present your passport and ticket to get a refund. You are given an invoice which you have to mail to the relevant depart inthe US Govt. The refund takes a long time to be processed and cheque sent to you. Don't know what the process is for buying online but check to see if you order it from UK if taxes are added on. Hope this helps.
