A:AnswerTheirs a feature called “ conversation awareness” when your using your AirPods anc or not, with someone talks to you, if your watching a video or listening to music the volume gets lowered and it’s kinda like transparency mode is on and you can clearly hear the individual speaking to you, it also continues to work if you are speaking to them. (Make sure you have this feature enabled)
A:AnswerDepending on your ear size, I never had a right fit with the pros that come with the tips, now with these AirPods 4 I have had a really nice snug fig that’s doesn’t feel uncomfortable. Again all ears are different sizes
