• These are a bit bulky for working out, wouldn’t be my first choice

• Defiant wouldn’t be the ideal headphones to go to the gym with especially if you sweat a lot. Water can make the headphones act strange with music cutting off at random times.

• No they are not sweatproof and they are really heavy
