I got mine open box and they were actually in excellent condition. They didn't even look used but I'm sure who ever had them before me probably didn't keep them longer than a month. They've worked great for me I don't have any issues with mine. It could be because someone didn't' like the way they felt on their head or they just wanted to try them out and decided they rather go with something else. I do with you could know why someone returned them as well but the cheaper price is nice for a lightly used set(if they even used it).

I bought an oled 4k Tv in an open box excellent condition, and it was prisitine, but the worker told me the TV came with the cable, but didnt come with the feet or remote, which at that point, buying the missing items seperate would be the same as buying it new. Same thing with a monitor i bought, it was "excellent" but came with no box and had to carry it out of the store fully assembled with a pickup sticker just slapped on it. I would just spend the extra money on getting a new one as i feel they dont inspect it whatsoever
