Honestly. I am 5’6 and my head seems pretty average… these are NOT comfortable on me. I believe they are made for petite people.

The headband is adjustable!
Suggest u go to store to tryout a demo piece, n that wud give u a gud experience to decide!
It did fit my 15yr old niece well, having a small head size !

My kids are 10& 15 and they fit nice…dang 4’11 has to be tough
