A:AnswerThe charge depends on how they’re used and where ? I work with a lot electronics with different aspects like magnetic components or high frequency equipment so my charge times vary the most was 5 hrs ( 1 bud at a time) but still not fully “emptied “ the case is also a charger bank for the pods and that’s a big plus
A:AnswerDon't know the exact max decibel output on the AirPod Pros, but they're nowhere near as loud as my professional in-ear monitors (i'm a musician). I'd say in a very noisy environment you'd still have some trouble hearing the music even at max volume on your phone.
A:AnswerMinimally. I did not hear from anyone I was talking with while using them that there were large background distractions. When I was about to make a noise I thought would come through I would let the other person know in advance. There was one event that did come through and it shut out my voice, but it was a diesel noise on start up, and I'm not sure any noise cancelling (outside of something designed by DARPA) would have cut out that distraction.
A:AnswerThis is the reason mine are going back. I've watched several YouTube videos that address the low call volume, and made all corresponding changes, each to no positive effect. I'm guessing that people in an office environment never notice the volume, but for those of us who are outside a lot, the low volume renders them useless.
A:AnswerListening to music id say about 3hrs...... the case can charge the pods about 3 times! And yes you can answer a phone call by pressing the button on the AirPods. You can skip songs, and change the modes with the button also. Wish you could raise the volume, but you can always ask Siri to do that!
A:AnswerI think you can order it online at the apple store, or chat with an agent and they will let you know if you can go and buy it at best buy (they are certified “apple stores”) but they have limitations. My husband had to replace one of his airpods and he had to go to an apple store to get a new one.
