• The mic is good for phone calls, but I would be a little hesitant using for production, without a trial.

• Although there is a setting that disables the auto ear detection, I have not gotten around to using that feature. You can easily use left or right bud in ear. I suppose if you were interviewing via FaceTime it might work that. Good luck!
