A:AnswerNot 100% positive but my daughter had one of her that stopped working so she went to the Apple store and it was cheaper to just replace the pair!
A:AnswerEither there’s an issue where you insert the cord (or the tip) for the headphones (if they are wired), or connection is spotty (if you’re using BT). Try cleaning the port for the headphones(for wired), or re-establishing BT connection by forgetting and reconnecting device. If none of that helps, then you may need to replace them.
