“I’m running windows 10 pro and my laptop is updated with all upgrades. I’m getting a crackling noise on these earphones when I do certain movements with head - I’m teaching Pilates classes with them. Can someone chime in, on what options I have to fix”

Either there’s an issue where you insert the cord (or the tip) for the headphones (if they are wired), or connection is spotty (if you’re using BT). Try cleaning the port for the headphones(for wired), or re-establishing BT connection by forgetting and reconnecting device. If none of that helps, then you may need to replace them.
