A:AnswerThe ones from amazon might’ve been counterfeit then unfortunately, these absolutely let you go to the settings and change stuff. You should only have to go to the bluetooth tab and then find the device and click the cog or information button next to the device name. (Note: you can only change the device settings while the device is connected.)
