A:Answer I’ve used these while running, in gyms, on treadmills, in the workplace and I’ve personally never had them fall out. Don’t forget that you have a return window in which to test these out and if they don’t fit your ears personally just return them to the store for a full refund and try a different brand or the AirPods Pro which are more secure or the wireless Beats headphones that clip over the ears.
