If I loose one is there anyway to track it null

Yes you can easily use find my app on your iPhone and make a sound to find the one that you are missing. But if you had the AirPod with low battery and it dies then you will have to trace back your step and try to find it

Yes, you can use the find my app, to see the location of your AirPods, you can also press sound and you can hear your airpods Where ever they are
