• Contact apple to get a replacement for free.They will charge you at first but after you return the airpods that arent working properly your money will be refunded to you.

• If you just bought them, return for another pair for sure. If you’ve had them for a while and can’t return, try resetting them. On the case there is a little button. You press that to reset them. If that doesn’t work, I suggest calling Apple.
