No, they do not stay in properly very long for me.
Poor functional design.
Lower priced Skull Candy Ear buds work better, stay in, and better sound quality, than the AirPods I have

Yes you just put them in where it’s comfy I was worried I was gonna get aggy with them but they’re okay for hrs at a time wear it’s Easy to forget their on if you have them on long periods of time we’ll hate until they die lol
