Make sure they’re both in the case when pairing
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Some times if you touch the head phone, it turns it off. Make sure that's not the case. I'd recommend do the following - 1. Try using right only, make sure it connects, works. 2. Try using left only, make sure it connects, works. 3. If both work individually. Turn off your blue tooth on the device. a.) Take the head sets out of case, once charged, put in your ear. b.) Now turn on the blue tooth on the device, connect to your head sets. c.) check both ears are working. If #3 does not work, may be you visit the Best Buy store with your head sets.
