• No, I don’t believe this would work. It has to be an Apple product. Maybe an Apple TV but I don’t think I would expect it.

• If your TV has bluetooth I don't see why not

• If your tv supports Bluetooth devices then you could pair them to your tv. Otherwise you might need another device. Plus the tv sound would drive the volume on the earbuds.
