Do they come with a warranty null

Yes I had one go bad on a set that were 6months old Apple replaced no question asked at the apple store

You are given the option to accept one or not

They come with Apple's 1 year limited manufacturer's warranty. I had a problem with one of the ear pieces and went to an Apple store and they replaced it right there and then!
