Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes! I did that today. I returned my AirPods due to a defect and it was fast and easy to do. Just make sure to take a proof of purchase (receipt) and they take care of the rest. Keep in mind you have until a certain date to return or exchange them.
