They work well most of the time but sometimes in the middle of listening the sound is an echo. I can stop and restart what I am listening to and it goes back to normal, sometimes it takes a few tries. I use them with my Note 9. Can this be fixed? null

I mean, they’re meant for Apple. Not necessarily a Samsung. They were built to work with an iPhone. You should reach out to Apple support

Try downloading the airbattery app and turn on dual audio in the bluetooth settings. I had a lot of trouble with mine at first but now they rarely have problems

Yes, take them back to Best Buy or Apple store manufacturer error will be fixed quickly and Best Buy offers one year warranty, don’t even be uncomfortable take them back so they can fix it trust me unless they’re perfect they need to be fixed

I haven’t had that problem with mine. It could be the device you’re using them with. Try them with a different device and see if it continues.
