If you update you watch iOS and your phone iOS to iOS 14.1 you will have it in you activity app

The fitness+ subscription will be sent to your email with a code. There will be further details in email. Update your phone and watch to the latest version 14.3/OS7. The fitness+ app will be on your phone and watch.
