Can you set up homepod 2 with ipod touch 7 null

According to Apple's tech specifications website for the 2nd generation HomePod, the 7th generation iPod touch is not supported. The 2nd generation HomePod requires the latest version of iOS 16 on an iPhone or iPad in order to set it up.

I do not believe so as that generation iPod Touch is not able to run iOS 16 and thus not on the list of supported devices.

Check Apple's website for compatability.
