• Yes, anyone in your house can control the HomePod, not just the person that set it up via their Apple account.

• The good news and the bad news is YES almost any voice can operate it.. but it ONLY ties in to one persons account.. so.. yes that means theoretically if your phone is in the LAN someone can get access via Siri to your messages.
