• It does not have a charger included, but the charging cable is with the system. The charge on keyboard and mouse have lasted quite a long time since purchase and I have not had to charge since (several weeks)

• Yes, it includes all of those components, unlike the Mac Mini/Mac Studio.

• Yes. It comes with keyboard, mouse, and power cord that connects to iMac in the back and any regular outlet in your workspace.
