I would recommend getting the 10 GPU core model. It has two fans, and ethernet capability and touch keyboard. All of which would be perfect for school at home. That being said. The base model is perfect for plug-in and go, as the iMac is known for. It comes with the iMac the keyboard and the magic mouse, a USB-C to lightning color matched cable.

The iMac is a great all-in-one computer especially for school! This model would be great for your usage, I would recommend getting the 10 core model as it has two fans and will sustain higher performance for their constant use.
