• It will upgrade to 10.3.3 and beyond. It will run iOS 11 when it comes out the Sept. I'm running the beta today and it is a great upgrade for the iPad.

• This is the 5th generation ipad. It is already updated to the latest version. It is really fast and very user friendly

• FUI. I had an iPad 1 and got an email to download a system update. Tried to but couldn’t. Called Apple and was told they would no longer support that model and I should buy a new one. He said that would happen to all models eventually but denied Apple planned it that way to force people to buy a new one. As for me, well I have a nice paperweight that I will not replace.

• This is the iPad 4 so it is the latest version, yes it will take the newest updates.
