“What is the difference between "WIFI" & "WIFI+ Unlocked" for an ipad? cuz i don't need to use it on any carrier, i will just use it when there is WIFI. In this case, does the difference matter to me?”

You would just need to purchase the “WiFi” version for your useage. The WiFi unlocked would be used for internet + a cell phone carrier. If you did purchase the WiFi + unlocked with no cell phone carrier, you could still use the IPad using the internet with no problem.

The WIFI+Unlocked model includes a cellular antenna that can be used when a sim card is inserted. You would need to purchase the WIFI only model if you do not intend to use it with a sim card.
