“I think my old iPad has a virus every now in then it freeze up how can you transfer data without transferring the virus”

• iPads generally don’t get viruses, not because they can’t but because the idiots that write viruses don’t write them for iOS much. If you are concerned about it I would take it to geek squad or an Apple store for them to take a look at it for you.

• Not 100%, but i know i transferred all my son's info from old I Pad to new by plugging it into my laptop and using I Tunes to complete the task.
