No, it does not. In order to get it to work on a TV screen, you'll have to buy an adapter or get an Apple TV. On the Apple TV, it would be able to do it wirelessly, whereas, with the adapter, it would have to be wired. However, the adapter is cheaper than the Apple TV. The choice is up to you.
