A:AnswerYou would be able to access the Internet when wifi was not available. If you already have a phone, you can probably hotspot it and not need another data plan. Without cellular, you need to be on a wifi network (or hotspotting) to access internet.
A:AnswerThe iPad requires some degree of internet connection unless you intend to use native apps, some if which still require a connection. You can use it free at public hotspots, like libraries, Starbucks, some cities have wifi coverage, or a friends wifi router. Otherwise you'll have to pay to play. Wifi only models will connect to wifi only. Wifi and wireless (cellular) can use either. Prices vary, read and understand the fine print on the wifi/cellular contract or your wallet/purse will suffer. Some are purposefully misleading with the bold print, and the devil is *always* in the details.
A:AnswerIt really makes no difference. You get new updates. I just purchased another one (from mini to larger size) Thanksgiving and updated to 11. It took only a few minutes. For new updates you get notifications! This beats all tablets you won’t regret this purchase.
A:AnswerYes. If it says New then it is. If it says open box then it might be opened and resealed. What we got is brand new and sealed in its original box.
A:AnswerSome one returned it, or was display, or opened in the store. It may not have all the manuals, but has been "verified" to work by the store
