What does open box mean null

New but used. Either returned or shelf display.

Open box means that someone had previously bought it and returned it. They could have returned it because they just didn’t like it or wasn’t right for them, but it was returned within a certain amount of days and Best Buy gives a discount just because someone had oepened it or used it for a period of time.

Someone sent it back now it must be sold at a slight discount
