• The WiFi iPads only come with WiFi so you can only use online services when connected to WiFi. The unlocked iPads include cellular data which is basically WiFi on the go.

• Tablets that are unlocked have cellular features and can be used with any GSM phone service, while WiFi units do not have cellular features and must access a wireless network in order to utilize the internet.
