No. You would of had to buy the space the time you brought your I pad.

Like all ipads or iphones, you can not expand the memory. There are currently flash drives that plug directly underneath to the iphones or ipads which will transfer your music, videos, docs or movies files to this device, This will use less space on your iphone or ipad device once transferring the files to the flash drive. However be aware that this does not increase the memory to your iphone or ipad device whether you have 32GB, 64GB or 128GB. For this reason, it is better to know how much you plan to have in terms of gigabytes on the device before you want to purchase. This has always been the dilemma of apple devices not being able to move apps to a micro SD card. However on Android devices, tablets or android phones, certain apps will let you be transferred to a micro SD card so that you use less storage on your phone or tablet.
