• You can do that yourself too. As long as the stuff is backed up in iCloud, you can even backup the entire old iPad docs and settings to the new one on your own using your iTunes desktop app. It will prompt you to ask for either choosing a backup (last backup on the last iPad) or make it a new iPad.
