• The pen can be used with iPad Pro as previously. The main difference between the new iPad and iPad Pro is that the iPad Pro has the optional connectible keyboard that attaches magnetically. The new iPad cannot connect these keyboards. But you can buy a blue-tooth enabled external keyboard (which is what I did). They just aren't as easy to connect and disconnect as Apple's keyboard.

• At first it was only available to use with iPad pros. With this new update Apple made it possible to use on other iPad products.
