Can I transfer info between iPad Pro to this IPad null

What do you mean by transfer info? If you are moving to use it as one of your main tablets, yes- most of your info is saved in iCloud and when you sign in, it will ask you if you want to restore info and files to it. If you are referring to individual files and you are not the already signed into both, then yes you can share files via AirDrop.
