What is open box? Is this mdse that has been returned null

We have not bought anything open boxed but would assume it has been returned

Yes this has been returned. But Best Buys should have checked to make sure that it is in working condition. Some people buy and then decide to get the pro edition instead because of using it for work. Make sure there is a guarantee that comes with the product should anything be wrong with it
