Is the WiFi monthly or free with the iPad null

It works off of your home wi-fi. It also works of of other WiFi that have guest. I have not had to pay for anything. Works just about anywhere.

You have to use your own WiFi or public WiFi. There are different versions of the iPad. The more expensive version allows you to activate the iPad like a cell phone. It will be called WiFi+cellular.
