This particular iPad is WiFi only. There are many options out there for various carriers. I know for a fact that T-Mobile has one though you may not be able to buy the T-Mobile version at Best Buy since they do not carry T-Mobile products. I would suggest you go directly to the T-Mobile store. Thanks,
