- Answer No, I don’t think they will. But it is very easy to do yourself. When you first set up your new iPad it will ask you if you would like to restore from your last iCloud backup or create as a new iPad. So you would just backup your old iPad with iCloud then when you set up your new iPad click restore from iCloud backup.
